Smile With Style bundle

One high-ticket client bundle built from QRCodee, hosted links, guide library, workspace, and CODEE_VIDEO_SESH.

This page is the sales map. It explains what each Smile With Style link means, what asset it represents, what flyer should say, and how Codee connects the hosted pages, QR asset, Stripe checkout metadata, review room, and the greenlit private GCS Office OS storage lane.

QRCodeeOne branded QR image that routes print, flyers, cards, guides, and workspace traffic.
Hosted linksEach page is a focused client-review URL under the Smile With Style bundle.
Guide libraryPatient education becomes a repeatable trust and follow-up asset.
Video SeshThe consultation room points to CODEE_VIDEO_SESH for preflight and room setup.
Office OSGCS storage is greenlit now; email and PHI launch stay gated by Brevo, staff training, BAA, and client approval.

Client issue

The office has trust, but the action paths are scattered.

Smile With Style already has a real practice, real services, and an existing website. The gap Codee is packaging is the missing operating layer around it: scan-ready patient paths, organized guide assets, campaign follow-up, staff review, appointment interest, and secure paperwork routing.

Issue

Patients and partners land in too many places

Calls, consult questions, treatment education, referrals, giveaways, guide downloads, and office paperwork are not packaged into one clear client journey.

Keep

The official practice site stays authoritative

Codee does not replace the main site, clinical systems, or staff workflow. It adds focused campaign lanes around them.

Add

A clickable bundle the office can review

QRCodee, Flyer100, consult, treatment pages, guide library, referrals, shop, workspace, Video Sesh review, and Office OS are shown as one high-ticket offer.

High-ticket automation bundle

What Codee can automate for an orthodontic office.

The contract demo is the sharpest pain point, but the same Office OS layer can reduce repetitive staff work across consults, forms, follow-up, education, referrals, reviews, and campaign routing.

Contracts

Link-sign-PDF packets

Send treatment agreements by link, capture iPad/phone/laptop signatures, generate a staff-ready PDF, and let staff upload that finished PDF into Edge.

Appointments

Confirmation queue

Route consult requests, call-back requests, missed-confirmation follow-up, and map/phone actions into one staff review queue.

Intake

QR patient forms

Use QRCodee to send parents, adults, referral patients, and retainer-care leads into the right intake path instead of scattered calls and notes.

Education

Guide delivery

Automate first-visit checklists, braces day-one instructions, retainer care, food reminders, emergency instructions, and paid guide delivery.

Referrals

Dentist partner handoff

Give partner offices a clean referral page, records checklist, contact route, and optional secure document-request lane.

Campaigns

Six-month QR plan

Run back-to-school, sports retainer care, adult aligners, referral partner kits, winter comfort, and new-year smile campaigns with trackable scan paths.

Reviews

Post-visit review prompts

After approved milestones, route happy patients to review links and route unhappy feedback into an internal recovery queue first.

Staff

Daily action board

Show what is waiting, signed, filed, needs correction, ready for callback, ready for review, or ready for campaign follow-up.

Storage

Client bucket organization

Keep signed packets, campaign assets, guide drafts, referral templates, approvals, and staff notes organized by record ID, date, status, and role.

HIPAA-ready path

How this becomes safe for real patient information.

There is not a magic public “HIPAA certified” switch. The GCS storage lane is approved for implementation now, but real protected health information still waits on the required agreements, staff process, access policy, audit review, and client sign-off.

Administrative

Policies, BAA, training, access rules

Execute a Business Associate Agreement before handling ePHI, document risk analysis, train staff, define retention, and assign who can send, view, correct, archive, or export records.

Technical

Private storage, auth, audit logs

Use server-side GCS credentials only, private buckets, encryption, MFA-backed staff auth, short-lived signed review links, least-privilege roles, immutable access logs, and monitored alerts.

Do not do

No PHI in public pages

No patient records in static hosting, browser localStorage, public QR assets, shared unauthenticated links, or frontend keys. The public demo stays no-PHI; production moves records behind the backend.

GCS greenlight status

What is approved now, and what is still left before PHI.

Codee can move forward with private Google Cloud Storage for the Office OS contract lane immediately. The email provider and live patient-data launch remain separate gates.

Greenlit now

Private GCS bridge storage

Signed packets post to the backend, not directly from browser keys. The backend writes the Edge-upload PDF, private packet, record, index, and audit objects under the Smile With Style Office OS path.

Greenlit now

Server-side credentials only

Storage credentials stay on the server. Public pages can submit a packet, but they cannot browse the bucket, list records, or expose service-account material.

Greenlit now

Protected review lookup

Staff review metadata is behind an authenticated endpoint. Signed file URLs are short-lived and generated only by the backend when review access is approved.

Off until approval

Brevo email notice

Email is intentionally gated. After Brevo is approved and staff/client steps are complete, the server flag can turn on review-link emails after storage acceptance.

Left before PHI

BAA and privacy policy

Before patient records or ePHI go through this system, the office needs BAA coverage, privacy/security policy approval, breach-response steps, and retention rules.

Left before PHI

Staff training and roles

Define who can send links, view packets, correct records, export files, archive documents, and revoke access. Staff need workflow training before launch.

Left before PHI

Clinical/legal template approval

The mock orthodontic agreement must be replaced by attorney/practice-approved language before any real patient signature is collected.

Left before PHI

Access and audit review

Confirm MFA-backed staff access, least-privilege roles, audit log review, backup/retention checks, and incident-response contacts.

Official checklist

24-hour launch board

The readiness page lists exactly what is implemented now, what is locked, and what the client must provide for a production PHI go-live decision.

How the backend works

What is live now and what is the paid backend lane.

The current bundle is a hosted proof concept with an implemented Office OS Edge-upload bridge. The pages are client-review routes under clients.codee.chat/smilewithstyle. Stripe checkout links pass Smile With Style metadata into /api/stripe/start. The consultation review room routes into the Codee dental consultation and CODEE_VIDEO_SESH preflight paths. The Office OS API can accept signed packets, generate a signed PDF, store private GCS records, write index/audit metadata, and hold email until Brevo and office approvals are complete; Edge remains the system of record and PHI use still requires BAA, policy, staff training, and client approval.

Static hosting

Hosted review pages

All client-facing proof pages are HTML/CSS assets hosted under the Smile With Style folder. They are safe to share for review, but still marked noindex/nofollow.

QRCodee

Asset hub

The QRCodee PNG points to the hosted hub. Flyers, cards, guide inserts, referral pads, and front-desk signs can all use that same scan path.

Stripe

Checkout metadata

Order buttons call the live Codee Stripe start route with client_id, brand, QR target, flyer target, and service metadata so fulfillment can know what the client bought.

Workspace

Review control room

The workspace shows all lanes and order buttons. Its shop draft editor is browser-only demo logic today; paid builds should save approved changes server-side.

CODEE_VIDEO_SESH

Consult review room

The consultation room is a sales/review wrapper that opens the dental consult demo and Codee video preflight. Patient-facing launch still requires office approval.

Office OS

Private storage lane

The backend now has an Office OS contract endpoint for approved contract-link signing, server-side packet storage, private Google Cloud Storage records, signed review URLs when available, and audit metadata. Email is intentionally gated until Brevo/staff/client approval. Production PHI launch still requires authenticated staff access, retention rules, BAA, policies, training, and risk review.
