Smile With Style | Codee bundle summary614-428-8002

Simplified client update

Digital signature to PDF. Staff still uploads into Edge.

Smile With Style does not need a new operating system right now. The offer is smaller and cleaner: remove printing, hand signing, scanning, and email chasing from the contract step.

Current scope

Codee sends a contract link, captures the signature, creates a signed PDF, keeps a private cloud copy for the bridge record, and prepares an email/download handoff. Staff can then upload the finished PDF into Edge the same way they already upload documents today.

Smile With Style Orthodontics
Personalized for Smile With Style Orthodontics

Light blue, white, chocolate accents, black text, and the existing office brand assets. Edge stays in place; Codee adds cleaner handoffs around daily paperwork.

What changes

The manual part gets smaller.

The office keeps Edge. Codee only improves the contract handoff before the document enters Edge.

1Send link

Staff shares the contract link or opens it on an iPad.

2Sign

Patient or guardian reviews and signs digitally.

3PDF

Codee prepares the signed PDF and private cloud bridge copy.

4Edge

Staff downloads the PDF and uploads it into Edge manually.

Client update

The first signed client document should be the BAA/vendor approval. After that, the office can review the pre-worded orthodontic contract templates, verify the wording at the bottom of the template page, and choose which agreement types should move into the digital signing flow.

Mock test only

We can show the flow without turning on production records.

The client can review the experience as a mock demo. The page can simulate the email/download result while real PHI, real email delivery, and production permissions stay off until approved.

Safe demo

Use sample names and demo contract wording only.

Cloud logic

Keep the private bucket and PDF handoff structure ready behind the scenes.

Email delivery

Show what staff would receive; turn real email on after approval.

No Edge change

Staff still controls the final upload into Edge.

Client links

Only the links they need right now.

The longer bundle still exists for our internal map, but the client-facing summary should point them to the simple contract bridge first.

What we need later

Only a few normal office items.

None of this is heavy technical work for the client. It is the same information they already use to run the contract process.

ContractFinal agreement

The office sends the real treatment agreement PDF or Word file when they want to move past the mock.

EmailStaff recipients

Tell us who should receive the signed PDF download notice.

ApprovalGo-live yes

Approve privacy, storage, email wording, and PHI readiness before real patient use.

Bottom line

This is a contract bridge, not a new office system.

The immediate pitch is simple: keep the office systems, add cleaner digital handoffs, produce staff-ready PDFs or email summaries, and reduce repeat manual steps.
